Biography
Hi, Am Raj Mali. Founder of MINT Consulting, and Projects Director at PureUse.com. After having worked across the globe with companies like GE, Net Matrix, MAF etc., now i have built a profession for sharing my multi-industry experience.
As a founder of MINT Consulting, I conduct programs and design interventions on Innovation Management, Leadership development, Change Management, NLP for high performance managers etc for companies like AMDOCS, KPIT Cummins, IDBI Bank, TATA AIG etc. At Mint we also do web business strategy consulting, online business model evolution consulting.
At Pureuse (India's leading Usability Research company), I serve as Projects Director. Have contributed to some esteemed project for clients like Vodafone, Games2win, HDFC etc. and many other online sites. I work with a great team of usability analysts who are renowned experts in their fields. And must say its an enriching and learning experience.

Am passionate about MSE (Multiple Self Exploration). I believe as human beings we are multi-faceted and multi-talented. And MSE is all about how do we balance and yet tap hidden potential meaningfully across all facets. For example i am always striving to balance my love for technology, passion in leadership development and exploration in esoteric stuff. As i enjoy each one of them.
On the other hand, am extremely fond of meta-physics and stuff like astral travel, healing processes, developing intuition, chakras etc. Infact this interest gave rise to EPSP (Experiential Psycho-Spiritual Processes). Interests
Technology is close to my heart. Especially the revolution the Mobile Apps will be bringing forth in next few years. Am inspired by Innovation as a subjects and hence conduct programs on Innovation Management in organizations. I love blogging, reading, writing. Movies are my fascination. Am on Executive Development Panels with Institutes like SIBM. And am invited as a guest faculty to deliver lectures on NLP, Organization Development, Career Development etc.
