Being a project director with a usability research firm like Pure IT Usability research has its own advantages. I had the privilege to witness some interesting happening in the usability sphere in india. Manisha Belvalkar, practice head, usability research, Pure IT, an old friend and collegue presented an interesting case study for one of the leading medical information portal in asia pacific.
